Signatour Photo Services

§  Stills. Our expert travels to your location to document each property with multiple shots and angles. Using extremely high resolution single reflex digital cameras, we ad multiple lighting, level tripods, proper filters and shoot interiors and exteriors from interesting angles.

§   Property 360tours. While on site we can shoot interior and exterior panoramas of rooms or exteriors. These can be streamed on your website or distributed on CD or DVD. They are time consuming but afford customers a great chance to inspect your accommodations.

§   Property Slide Shows. Unlike slide shows of old, today’s video slides are comprised of crisp clear photos, identifying titles, and inter slide movement nicely packaged on CDs or DVDs. They can be produced with or without music and announcer.  

§   Motion Videos. For even greater effect, we produce full movement movie-like videos of your property portraying individual rooms, features and your services. We offer a most affordable standard length products or longer specially scripted longer productions based on your criteria. These too can be streamed on your website or distributed on CD or DVD.

§   Retouching & Sizing. All still, panoramic and slide show images are retouched in our lab to adjust white balance, color contrast, window exposures, crop and composition. Final still photos are delivered in three standard sizes. Even expert photographers need lab work to make every photo glow. These steps help your images jump off the page.

§   Other Images & Services. Signature also produces logotypes, floor plans, site plans and other images. Prices listed are averages and final bid may increase due to complexity of project.  All final products are delivered to you on CD or DVD by package express.

§   Royalty Free. All Image Team products are delivered to you for a flat fee price. The products may not be resold or used for generic or stock photo purposes but there are no royalty or other later charges for continued use. The products can be streamed or reproduced on CD or DVD.
